The Computer Science Team will explore the design of the digital brain. Expectations must be carefully controlled as there is a limited time to identify a problem statement, investigate hypothetical solutions, and to propose and implement a solution.

There are several parts to this ISP. The first will investigate how the NeurBot graph controller organizes data in the graph. A distinction is made between things that the NeurBot can do as actions, versus things that actions can act upon.

The second part focuses on the minimal vocabulary that is used to enable the machine to think. Here, the word "think" means to evaluate a thought in the context of the things that the machine knows at a given moment in time. The machine starts with a simple thought process that can evolve into a more complex process as the machine gains additional knowledge.

The team will spend time with the hardware team to understand what sensors are being added to the machine, and what the sensors can tell the brain. The goal is to explore how lower level biologically based states of being provide information to the brain.
